The Firm's office is located in West Midtown, a so-called "trendy" neighborhood traditionally known for its industrial nature. The area is now undergoing major changes, with the development of new residential and business complexes. Glassworks, the office site, is formerly home to a specialty glass manufacturer on Ellsworth Industrial Boulevard between Marietta Boulevard and Howell Mill Road. Glassworks was transformed from this manufacturing site into 45,000 square feet of loft style commercial office spaces. With an urban, contemporary style, among a mix of eclectic buildings, Glassworks offered Smith LLC the character and integrity that it sought in its headquarters.
